i just watched it from Tivo and i thought it was quite entertaining!

Now i would liek to know, since this was filmed a few months ago, has anyone recently gone to the Nugget and seen the new owners, seen that Matt Dusk guy and his lounge act?

Is Chuck Gorson a REAL Pro gambler that people know of??

I thought it was good entertainment and i look forward to seeing next weeks show, a guy rips up his cards at the Bacc table...i have seen somthing similar to that in person at Treasure Island..

I've been to the card room a couple of times. The owners never came by to introduce themselves.

Didn't see "Big Chuck" but obnoxious, loud mouth drunk "high rollers" and male whores are a dime a dozen in every casino.

Matt Dusk ?

Who cares ?

This garbage was AWFUL...no wonder FOX regulated it to the summer scrap heap.

Reality TV is an oxymoron, granted, but don't show me the strings...everything was so painfully set up and contrived that it made me ill.

Basically, the networks are feeding the couch lemmings semi-scripted shows with NO actual talent in front of the camera. Instead of paying Ted Danson a million bucks an ep. they're getting fame-hungry nobodies to work for ham sandwiches...and you're watching it!

Unreal. This is definitely a sign of the Apocalypse.

Hey Mr. Shrink,
What was your take on Gorson going upstairs with that he/she?? Only difference between you and him and I know you'll be red flagged in Vegas cause you are a professional gambler, lol,is that you'll go to the room KNOWING it is a he/she!!

The pro gambler thing was total BS. You don't split 9's against a 7 but do against an 8. One thing that I would be curious is (if I understood that part right) was how much is Agassi stake in the Nugget.

The splitting stategy Gorson forgot was this...

NEVER split a "lady's" legs if there is a third (smaller) leg in the middle!

Am I right? (Nick Popageorgio, Vegas Vacation)

Started off with potential, would have liked to see the behind the scenes stuff more, but became boring with the frat party and that dude, Chuck. Chuck looked and behaved like a total dork. Just goes to show, if you have dough, even a dork can get laid.

From the looks of it though, Chuck was someone who is "known" out there in Vegas. No one here ever bumped into that guy? LOL

I thought the guy looked sort of familiar, but maybe he is an actor we have seen on TV before.

The whole thing was pretty much a set-up.

I can tell you this... ANYONE, no matter how obnoxious, no matter how ugly, no matter how stupid (actually the more stupid the better the casiono likes it) No matter how much an ass anyone could ever be... If they throw out money on the table like he did...

Someone will be there in seconds to kiss their ASS till the cows come home.

I sat with a guy many, many times years ago at the Mirage. He was a bigtime player at BJ. He leaned clear across the table, hid his bets under an ashtray, touched the cards in the dealers hand... basically broke every rule in the book. Because of the size of his play, they let it go on. Now he WAS high maintenence. Had about 4 "suits" watching him every second. But just goes to show...

He who has the gold makes the rules!

Hey Brock,

I don't think the network knows the difference between reality and fiction!

BORAT,

I can downgrade to "pretty good". I posted at the first commercial, then it kinda went down from there. It was a little gay at some points.

The apocalypse really is upon us. Mayan calendar runs to 2012. Sedna is planet X, etc.
