People would appreciate how smart Joe Morgan is if he was well-spoken, but he's not the most articulate guy in the world, so he can come across like an idiot.

I like him simply because he's comes across like a genuinely nice, likable guy.

Billhill Im not going to say that u bring race into everything. I havent read enough of your posts. But I do feel like when a black person is in a speaking role like commentator or anchor. He get that racist tag thrown on then a lot. Only person I havent heard this about is brad daughty.

He doesnt praise white people so what doesnt make him a racist. He bashes overrated and bad players like he did fuku tonight and he show love to good players. If he show a little more love to black players maybe but so what.

I just pick up things from Morgan that make me shudder.
I love to listen to Reynolds.
After I get past Frazier's rhyming schtick, I always come away from a Knick game learning something new.
Frazier doesn't have that race tag.
And believe it or not, I really like Steven A. Smith.

heres the thing about joe morgan.
he is always talking like he knows so much more than you do.
..... but the truth is, he does.
so it doesnt bother me. he definitely knows the game as well as anyone. the only thing that annoys me with him is that he continues to side with bonds despite overwhelming evidence against him. hes more or less protecting one of his own. but in terms of baseball knowledge, he is top notch.
