Bashing/name calling should not be tolerated by anyone, especially moderators. Occasional times it will happen, but should not be habit. And if a poster is bashing a moderator it should be handled as if he were bashing anyone. No moderator should be above the rules, but the fact is right now, there are alot of posters who get thrills by bashing/insulting/name calling others. I would like to see all of that be gone, so that we could get more knowledgeable posters. Alot of internet forum posters do not like the RX for the insults and flames that take place here. That is the biggest reason for non participation that i have heard from others.
