A case that my lawyer's been working on for 3 years..... all down the drains cause of my horrible testimony today. I choked worse than gAy-Rod during October and LeBron in the final seconds.

The case goes to the jury tomorrow but the lawyer is already predicting a loss because of my horrific testimony. He'll try his best to salvage it during closing arguments but it has about .0000001% chance of winning.

I feel soooooo awful for my lawyer, he's spent hundreds of hours, spent thousands on experts, etc (all on contingency and will get $0 when we lose tomorrow). and I flushed it all down the drain because I made the other side look good with my shitty testimony.

I nominate myself as the biggest choker ever.

You either told the truth, or you didn't. What is there to choke away, when all you are doing is answering questions?

I forgot to mention all the important points and pretty much agreed with the other side that the damage was minimal (personal injury case)..... pretty much gave the game away like Earnest Byner at the goal-line.

My lawyer didn't really prepare me but it's been 3 years, I should have known to mention all the important points. Damn, I am such a choker.

Sounds like you told the truth. Good for you. Why regret it now?

No, it was contingency basis, which means I only pay if we had won. But by losing I may be liable for other side's lawyer fees. Damn I am such a moron sometimes.

I don't care how long it has been, the lawyer is the pro here and he should have given you a script to memorize. The lawyer should have warned you to never agree with the other side and he should have given you some test questions for preparation.

"So your neck wasn't too sore if you could look left and right. Is that correct, sir?"

"I have never been in so much pain. It hurt to even blink my eyes."

Tell us an example of how you blew it.

Something about the case and how you answered incompetently.

Why does the lawyer care about all the documents and things he paid for. You should be paying for that.

The only thing you don't pay for in a contingency case is there time.

You still pay for everything he paid for involving the case...

I am sure he isn't happy that you are going to lose the case and he is probably pissed he wasted so much time, but he didn't lose any money, outside of other possible casees by taking your case

You tell me the name of your lawyer because I want him on in my cases on contingency. You are suppose to pay for all this stuff... You just don't pay him for his time.

Never hesitate to lie in court. Politicians do it, attorneys do it, judges drink and drive and then the next day, turn around and ruin someone's life for the same thing they've done 1,000's of times.

Justice System is a joke anyway. i was on jury duty and soon as I saw the person i knew they were guilty. what a system we have. Of course i know how to play it so i still act like i am bi-partisan but the justice system just blows anyway.

How does it feel to be perfect?

So you commit perjury because everyone else does it? Genuine man... real genuine. Attorneys are paid to lie in court. If you could re write the system, of course after you become the GM of a football team, then how are you going to re-write it for our great country. Will you wait until you have taken over the Presidency or do it after?

All blacks are guilty. Why even fake the court proceeding.

In the UK personal injury cases are mostly handled no-win, no-fee, including all experts etc..

Good job. Hopefully someone can create a thread everyday to remind you of your fuck-up and how you can't deliver in the clutch.
