At times I think teams have gotten away from it... but a good FG is deadly. Like the POLISH dude in Oakland... you cross the 50 and he is 3.... its just the Raiders have been challenged to do that as a team...but a good FG can be deadly..

I dont think anyone cares about it anymore....

Except that he still ran the same FB dive play 4 times in a row at the end. Yes, it was rather vanilla play calling, but you can still score on that play against a tired defense.

If he truly didn't want to score anymore, Baylor would've taken a knee well before that time.

Much appreciated 14, but there was no way that play was going to score cause Baylor runs it...never.. and you could just see the lineman had no idea on how to block it

Plus the coach said in an interview that he didnt want to pile it on his friend..haha

So, I kinda look at it differently.... I see a coach calling a play he knows has no chance of scoring...cause they ran it once in March...ha

Plus...my opinion taking a knee with more time than a knee can handle, is a bitch slap... I mean, I would be pissed if someone took at knee on me with more time on the clock than a knee could evaporate....PISSED...

Yeah, definitely understand what you're saying with respect to at least running some kind of play, but just thought I'd mention the flip side as well. They still ran this play a couple more times after getting a 1st down with under 2 mins to go.

In Baylor's previous game against SMU, they were desperately trying to cover the -32 late when already up 27. They no-huddled and threw the ball until the very end. It was beyond obvious what they were trying to do and even the announcers commented about it. Personally, just can't stand Baylor and their program at this point, they should've even be allowed to play this year.

What a shit week. Everything that could go wrong did

1) Miami misses the tieing extra point
2) Arkansas gives up not 1 but 2 defensive scores, the 2nd one a hundred yd pick 6
3) ndame blocked punt for the games only Td
4) Tex am misses the gimme Field goal and I get a cover to scoring a TD in double OT and I lose by 1/2 point
5) Worst of all..THE ONE THING IN MY CONTROL
I see how bad the weather is in the NDame game and I don't buy out of my Duke over or play under in the Carolina and Wake Forest games (WHAT A JACK ASS)
