Lets also not forget 2 of the championship games Cowher has lost he was a big favorite...

lost to San Diego as like 9.5 pt favs holding a 10 pt lead in the 3rd
lost to New Englamd as a 9 pt fav 3 yrs ago

and also the championship game he did win was against Indy as a 9 pt favorite when the last pass of the game was almost caught in the endzone for a Indy win

Needless to say not to many coaches have lost home championship games when they have been such big favorites.........in any team sport!!!!!!!

After so many of these You cant help be wonder about whos coaching..........someone on the radio compared Cowher to John Cooper of Ohio State .........they are coaches with an eye for talent but cant win the big games........

Sooner, was by no means trying to rub it in. My point was Stoops did the exact same thing...blamed it on the players. Had I been a recruit and heard his load of crap after the Orange Bowl I would never sign on the OK dotted line.

But since you sounded a bit defensive...What are we waiting for next year....USC to destroy Oklahoma again? Oklahoma won't even get a sniff next year after there last two showings. OK better focus on getting all their new starters ready to beat Texas again, which I will wear my Red Sweater with the O on it. I hate Texas with a passion.
By the way, I'm not a USC fan, except when I have to assist the Big 12 and SEC snobs that USC was heads and tails better than their respective champions, or anyone else for that matter, the past THREE years.
