Isn't RA Dickey the guy with no elbow tendon or ligament? Crazy story about him if it is. Was on the cover of Baseball America with the other Team USA pitchers shortly after the draft. Rangers team Dr looked at the picture and inquired as to why his arm wasn't straight, they checked it out as part of his physical and found out the guy had no elbow ligament so they basically told him no signing bonus for you buddy (guys in front and behind him got ~$750k each, mid first round). I think they didn't even want to sign him at all, eventually agreed to sign him for like $50k and to pay for his surgery when his elbow eventually blew out.
