I accidentally just lost $800 on blackjack!

i dont know much but i know 1 thing....that wasnt an accident...

ive played the casino on some of my books in the past and i play for a buck or 2 bc i know what the end results are gonna be...IM GONNA LOSE.....ill lose $20 and im still mad at myself for playing....

if we are posting here on the rx we are gamblers inherently and im gonna say most here are compulsive (id bet on 2 cockroaches crawling up the wall for christs sake)...the 1st step is acknowledging your faults (i can) and doing your best to keep them under control IE: betting $10 on the 2 cockroaches crawling up the wall and not $200...and not letting this happen to this extent again....unfortunately that is what happened to you...

down $1200 on BJ today....lost $300 yesterday....fuck this shit.....fuck you teddy....$500 on one spin of the wheel is far worse than me....but I don't care, i'm pissed so fuck you.....

i'm down about $1250 this week and $1500 of it is blackjack....so I guess I'm up 5 units but owe the fucking bookie 25 units in 5 days?

It's interesting that when you play the "demo" casino at the books for fake chips, you always win, then you play the real thing, you always lose.

I tried the Pinnacle casino for shits and giggles a while back.... after losing 3 straight hands where I had 19, 20 and 20, I shut it off.

If you are going to play blackjack, at least go to a real brick and mortar casino. Online is rigged like crazy, even the good sportsbooks (like Pinnacle) rig their games.

I've always wondered if they are rigged. It does seem more likely being it is all animated. I used to go and play BJ every holiday weekend in Vegas when I was in California. I did enjoy it, but I tried online and it is just not the same. In person yopu can get drunk and party with the table.

I've never seen 20,21 hit 80% of the time, as Ive seen online.

One side note ... I did make $4500+ a few years ago playing online BJ, but I played like a drunken newby. Hit when you're supposed to stay, stay when you're supposed to hit. That's the only way to win against the rigged software at high stakes.

Learned my lesson over the years. Fastest way to drain the sportsbook account is play in the casino. As mentioned above, why do you think every book these days has a casino. It where they make all the money back.

Casinos aren't rigged they don't have to be the games themselves have a built in edge. The main difference between a land casino and online is the speed you're playing. I can play 10 hands a minute online, so I win quick or lose quick.

In a landbased casino you're generally waiting for that jackass at the end of the table who decided to split his 5's.
