Obama Shields Genocidal Muslim From Republican Legislation

Barack Obama has decided to oppose Republican legislation that would deny American aid to any nation that hosts a visit from legendary Muslim murderer and Sudan president Omar al Bashir.
Introduced by Congressman Frank Wolf of Virginia, this Amendment to the 2013 Foreign Operations Appropriations bill passed the House in May.
Its purpose is to “…send a clear message to the international community that Bashir, the world’s most notorious perpetrator of genocide deserves to be treated as a pariah.” That “clear message” would prevent offending nations from collecting billions in non-humanitarian foreign aid from the United States.
In 2008, the International Criminal Court (ICC) indicted Bashir on 10 counts of murder, genocide, and crimes against humanity for the killing of some 35,000 inhabitants of Western Darfur. This is a rather small percentage of the 2.5 million the Muslim president of Sudan is “credited” with dispatching during his 20 years of rule. Al Bashir is subject to arrest and trial in any nation courageous enough to press ICC charges.
But while Barack Obama, the self-styled champion of democracy and liberty, has trumpeted the necessity of removing from power Muoamar Ghadafi and Hosni Mubarek (utter lightweights when compared with the murderous al Bashir),
he has “…repeatedly soft-pedaled, negotiated with and even effectively lent support to al Bashir and his totalitarian regime.”
Why?
“It seems to my colleagues and I that the administration is motivated by a reluctance to have any clash with the Russians, Chinese, or the Arab League, and those are Bashir’s supporters,”
says Rafael Madoff, Director of the Wyman Institute for Holocaust Studies.
“The administration has had a policy of trying to be able to work with the Muslim Brotherhood,”
said Special Humanitarian Coordinator for the Sudan, Andrew Natsios. “Bashir is the manifestation of the Muslim Brotherhood in Sudan.”
Of course in Egypt, Obama stressed the necessity of removing 30-year American ally Hosni Mubarek from power, turning over the president’s job to Muhammed Morsi, the embodiment of the Muslim Brotherhood.
But this same Barack Obama, “…a generally outspoken devotee of international legality, has in effect not supported the International Criminal Court’s indictment, arrest warrant, or attempt to try Al Bashir for mass murder. Obama, the orator, has not resoundingly declared that Al Bashir has no legitimacy to rule, or publicly warned, let alone threatened, Al Bashir of any serious consequences for further renewing his mass elimination and murdering.”
Obama has employed the national—indeed the international– media to sell his nonsensical vision of Arab Spring. The world is led to believe that freedom and the pursuit of democracy have come to Muslims throughout Middle East, courtesy of a courageous American president. But of course the world–or at least its thinking inhabitants–understands Barack has done little more than place millions of lives in the hands of Islamist forces intent upon imposing an absolute rule far more deadly than anything Hosni Mubarek or even Muoamar Ghadafi could have dreamed up.
But the world needn’t worry. For Barack Obama
has expressed “deep concern” over the possibility that al Bashir’s continued assault on the Sudanese might “…undermine normalization of Sudan’s relations with the U.S.”
Clearly, that means millions are now safe in the caring hands of the American president.
