That particular meme was accurate IMO. I have issues with some of them but not that one. One of the hallmarks of jihad terrorism is they use the most dangerous weapon(s) they have at their disposal. But let's not get confused -- at its base, it's TERRORISM. Turkey airport = 2 rifles, 3 bombs. 2 terrorists enter airport, commence fire, kill as many as possible. As soon as first bullet hits terrorist, detonate bomb. TWO jihadis did this. Meanwhile the third was stationed outside the airport. His mission was to enter the crowd fleeing the airport and detonate a third bomb.

Gun-Schmun....The meme is correct!

nah.....it's very inaccurate. Nobody is blaming just the gun. Of course it's the person as well. Easy access to ammunition like that is part of the problem. They don't have easy access to planes anymore. It's not even close to comparable.

Disagree and get it wrong all you want. If you don't think there's too much emphasis on the gun you're not following the incessant chatter. The meme makes its point. My previous post clarifies it even more clearly. And I'll add this. You take away the jihad and we still have a gun crime problen in America. But remove the guns and the Jihad still persists.

Nah, you got this one wrong and way wrong. It's that same insane argument righties pull when there is a stabbing and they say " should we ban knives". Planes, knives, baseball bats....all have other functions ya know. At some point everyone has gotta realize that limiting dangerous people to killing machines is common sense. Of course it doesn't solve every problem but most of these massacres have a few things in common and one of them is guns.

I can't reason with you, even when reasoning is the only tactic I use. Therefore you win again :)

The good thing is....we agree that you can't reason with me and I can't reason with you.

Maybe sound reasoning would work for ya:toast:

[h=1]Clinton sought secret info on EU bailout plans as son-in-law's doomed hedge fund gambled on Greece[/h]By Peter Byrne

Group wants Clinton probed over firm tied to son-in-law

Never autoplay videos

Hedge fund manager Marc Mezvinsky had friends in high places when he bet big on a Greek economic recovery, but even the keen interest of his mother-in-law, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, wasn't enough to spare him and his investors from financial tragedy.
In 2012, Mezvinski, the husband of Chelsea Clinton, created a $325 million basket of offshore funds under the Eaglevale Partners banner through a special arrangement with investment bank Goldman Sachs. The funds have lost tens of millions of dollars predicting that bailouts of the Greek banking system would pump up the value of the country’s distressed bonds. One fund, exclusively dedicated to Greek debt, suffered near-total losses.
Clinton stepped down as secretary of state in 2013 to run for president. But newly released emails from 2012 show that she and Clinton Foundation consultant, Sidney Blumenthal, shared classified information about how German leadership viewed the prospects for a Greek bailout. Clinton also shared “protected” State Department information about Greek bonds with her husband at the same time that her son-in-law aimed his hedge fund at Greece.
That America’s top diplomat kept a sharp eye on intelligence assessing the chances of a bailout of the Greek central bank is not a problem. However, sharing such sensitive information with friends and family would have been highly improper. Federal regulations prohibit the use of nonpublic information to further private interests or the interests of others. The mere perception of a conflict of interest is unacceptable.
Through its press representative, Eaglevale declined to comment for this story. Clinton’s campaign press office did not respond to a request for comment.
A former Goldman Sachs broker himself, Mezvinsky formed Eaglevale Management with two ex-Goldman Sachs partners in October 2011. As a “global macro” firm, Eaglevale’s strategy is to seek profit opportunities in politically volatile situations. Mezvinsky set up several funds in the Cayman Islands, a secretive tax haven, with Goldman Sachs serving as Eaglevale’s prime broker and banker. The giant brokerage firm has a checkered history of manipulating the value of Greek debt to the detriment of Greece.

Oh, come on. No chance this is true. 93%? I'd guess 10%+ couldn't tell you the difference between a Republican and Democrat.

You forget this?

Okay, so maybe it's 80% - what difference does it make? You think I'm going to bother editing the meme in Photoshop? face)(*^%

Obviously it is a clear majority or America's Criminal Party wouldn't be lobbying for felons to vote.
