Howard was definitely funny back in the day when he was at DC 101! I remember the time he auctioned off Robyn’s panties on the air. A couple of days later on the air, Robyn told everybody that she was Black and Howard was clowning the guy who had bought her panties, thinking that Robyn was White. I mean, nobody knew back then. All I knew was that she had the best laugh in the world and she sounded super hot! His skits about the PG Police were classic too! Of course, everybody knew that he was destined to go back to New York! That worked out okay too - for a few years, the Greaseman (who had taken Howard’s place) was way better AND funnier than Howard!

I would say the break starts in early July as he was on air today and today is the last day of June.
I would assume he comes back Sep 13
