Haven't watched but maybe a combined hour.. So I won't vote, but everything I've heard is its been awful.

I will say this .. The nba is just dominated by officiating.. All the commentators talk about, all the coaches talk about, flopping, whining, complaining, lobbying. Just ridiculous. And every game just look at the FTA in box score, and there's your winner.

That pretty much sums it up for me. When after every game half the commentary is about the officiating, it is a good sign there is a problem.

That reffing was awful. I love the NBA but its reminding me of that Chris Rock bit "Love Rap music, TIRED OF DEFENDING IT!!!"

I can see not calling the Liv and JoeJ fouls because down the stretch the refs let you play more physical but the Pierce wrist slap how can't you see that.

Also the Nets deserved to lose, how the hell are you isoing Joe to go at LeBron when Allen is guarding Pierce. Pierce can get his shot/foul on Allen with ease every single time. Finding the weak defender and isoing against them has been the Nets strength all year too.

I haven't watched much of this years playoffs. Brooklyn deserved to lose the game tonight but watching the last 9 secs maybe me realize this year is as bad as the last how many years. When a player blatantly gets slapped on the wrist and then to come back the next series and allow the chosen one to hand check the offensive player. If you are going to implement rules at least call them.

Please explain why Brooklyn deserved to lose

I disagree. The nets deserved to win. Regardless of what offense they were running.

"Deserved to lose" is kinda said facetiously. Like their playcalling was mindnumbingly stupid the last 4 minutes to me, they did the samething in game 4 and it didn't work.

I dunno if they deserved to win, but they could've been given a fairer shake. If you call a foul for Livingston or Pierce wrist slap then the plays after that don't happen, who knows who would win. Its an entirely different situation and scenario.

They are the dumbest team in the playoffs and last night it showed. They don't play as a team. Their offense is based on iso's. That's not how you beat the Heat, let alone win a championship. Maybe if they ran some semblance of an offense in the last 4 minutes of that game they win.

If the refs call one foul on Miami that game is over. I just don't see how you can say they derive to lose, that's all.

One foul the game maybe goes to ot. If they play as a team and don't go scoreless down the stretch they win. That can't be overlooked.

I honestly couldn't believe some if the calls in the clippers' games the past two. Just brutal game changing calls.

i guess my question is here to everyone...is....? are you surprised? are you hoping for a well officiated game? I mean, its the NBA....it's been like this forever and its never going to change.

if you like watching one guy isolated taking on 4 other guys. phantom calls....no traveling when you take 5 steps, technical fouls for just asking a question about a call..then this sport is for you

i am from Boston and a Celtics fan but the last time they were in the playoffs i watched maybe 5 minutes worth. it has nothing to do with allegiance but everything thing to do with boycotting the worst professional sport we have here in america today,

ill watch MLS first. just sayin

I always tell people that in Boston, unless they are championship contenders and the bruins aren't, the celtics are a distant 4th in town.

a joke

officials seemingly get some asinine thought in their heads that this is a big game and I have to show how smart I am by making a big call, which of course makes them look like idiots
