Jack Ruby (who shot Lee Harvey Oswald) was appointed a psychiatrist, Jolyon West, who was the last person Ruby spoke to before going crazy in prison. West was one of the top doctors who can be conclusively linked to illegal MK Ultra experiments run by the CIA, and was close friends with the project’s leader Sidney Gottlieb, also known as “The Dark Sorcerer”.
