What a terribly handy thing to have, anyway, regardless of whether or not you use the card for online gambling. Nice to have that kind of anonymity, and to protect your actual credit cards from overexposure.
Be sure to find out the withdrawal policies from books if you deposit using this card. If you have to withdraw by cheque, for example, and your bank won't take their cheque ...

# The WWWcard expires within one year from date of issuance. After the expiration date, the WWWcard cannot be cancelled, and no remaining balance will be refunded.
# Authorizations will not be given for merchants processing authorization requests in amounts exceeding the remaining WWWcard balance. If a merchant attempts to process a transaction in an amount exceeding the current WWWcard balance, the transaction will be declined. However, if, for any reason, a transaction is processed for an amount exceeding your WWWcard balance, you are liable for the entire transaction amount. Cal reserves the right to automatically deduct such excess amounts from any available funds available now or in the future on this WWWcard or any other WWWcard(s) you may obtain, or to charge the excess amount to original Visa card used to load this WWWcard, with no further notice to the WWWcardholder or Visa cardholder.

It doesn't look like you can reload a WWW card. The enclosed is from the WWW website. In addition, the max amount you can have on a card is 220.00 You would need five cards to move a dime.

No. WWWcard is a disposable card, and cannot be reloaded. Once the balance on your WWWcard is depleted, you simply purchase another WWWcard. The new card will have completely new details.
