# The maximum load amount per WWWcard is approximately US$220, €180 Euro, or £120 (hereinafter the "Maximum Load Amount"). The Maximum Load Amount may be modified by Cal from time to time. The selected load amount may be charged to any valid Visa card that is not a Virtual Visa card.
# The WWWcard expires within one year from date of issuance. After the expiration date, the WWWcard cannot be cancelled, and no remaining balance will be refunded.
# Authorizations will not be given for merchants processing authorization requests in amounts exceeding the remaining WWWcard balance. If a merchant attempts to process a transaction in an amount exceeding the current WWWcard balance, the transaction will be declined. However, if, for any reason, a transaction is processed for an amount exceeding your WWWcard balance, you are liable for the entire transaction amount. Cal reserves the right to automatically deduct such excess amounts from any available funds available now or in the future on this WWWcard or any other WWWcard(s) you may obtain, or to charge the excess amount to original Visa card used to load this WWWcard, with no further notice to the WWWcardholder or Visa cardholder.
# If you suspect fraudulent activity in your WWWcard, it is your responsibility to contact Cal through the dedicated website -
www.www-card.com. This action will allow Cal to block your WWWcard, and to minimize potential loss to you.
# Cal is not responsible for any unauthorized transactions.
# It is your responsibility to verify the legality of the transaction you intend to make since laws vary from country to country, and from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
# Fee Schedule
a. On your VISA card
A nominal loading fee of US $2.75 or €2.30 or £1.55 (according to the currency in which the WWWcard was loaded) will be charged. This fee will be added to the load amount charged to your Visa card.
b. On your WWWcard:
An additional surcharge will be deducted from your balance when using the WWW card for purchases on the following website categories:
Gaming sites - 3% of the transaction amount.
Adult sites - 4% of the transaction amount.
