The game was hardly postponed but delayed. It was still played on the same week.

Tennis bets stand where there is a rainout. (its not considered postponed but delayed)

Why cant these?

(if a game gets flexed to SNF from 1ET, those bets stand)

(now Steelers/Titans that is a postpone)

At heritage a push gets reduced to a lower payout rate and the vig is -120

Not on special teasers
