I don't even trust the throw away ones that much nowadays.

The ones that very caught are the ones that sext on the same phone. The feds don't give a shit. .. they just scan messages for nude pics but when the text right above the tit shot is a weekly total they feel obligated to investigate.

I managed a Verizon for 5 years. You have no idea how hard it is to get text messages for court. Getting a record of who called or texted is easier, but the actual messages is SUPER hard. If the feds go through the trouble to get ur books texts, there Is a lot bigger shit going on and they couldn't care less about ur customer base.

Example... Let's say you're a dad and ur kid is on your family plan (or more commonly your wife) . You still can get a copy of their text without a court order. Even though it's your plan and u pay the bill.
