Only been 3 months at my current bartending job at a busy convention center area hotel (750 rooms). It is slow season and I am pulling in close to 40$ an hour. I can easily see me attaining close to 6 figures after going through the full year cycle. On top of that the hotel will be going under a 50-60 million dollar renovation. Got on board at the right time.

Im surprised at how Cracker Barrel is still so crowded. Place isn't half as good as it used to be. But,I guess that can be said for a lot
of places these days. Prices go up,portion size,quality,and service go down...

I guess they have their overpriced candy and stuff in their store in their favor as well. Peeps flock to it...

Ayuh.....pretty sure the management views food sales as about EV at best and rely on those high profit "folksy" store items to keep them nicely in black.

Reasonably sure they have enough muscle to make vendors deliver inventory up front and also accept slow sell returns.

Never said they didn't. I know how they operate. They're huge in my area (headquartered just a couple hours from here and employee some I know) and will never be hurting for anything. Like stated yesterday,just saying...
