Gator is pretty good. Especially if you don't know it's gator. Had gator at a restaurant in Miami then took the leftover gator over some friends house. They were really woofing down the gator until we told them it was gator. Then guys just froze there and the women started screaming. C'mon, Really!!

Its GOOD. Very frog leg-ish. Like a seafood chicken. If you are still leery of trying it, get the fried gator tail. Its kind of like chicken nuggets. You will not regret it!

Best frog legs I had were in Daytona Beach. They were as big as chicken drum sticks. Delicious.

I have several cats as well. Cool little creatures. People seem to like em or hate em with no in between.
