I have one and used it only a couple of times. I don't make a lot of burgers as I like to cook other kinds of food but when I do, it's the real deal outside. No dry heat burger for me.
I was never big on non-stick pans as they wear out (LOL at the manufacturer: "You can use metal utensils!" Yeah, right, so you can sell more after they wear out in a month) but now that we have a couple, I use them all the time. You don't get the fond which you need to make a sauce but like the grill, cleanup is a snap.
