How many books dip into the post up money?

What about the books whose owners use the post-up money to fund their own gambling in Vegas or accounts with other books? These are not the "true" bookmakers that balance the sides to protect their 4.5%. I'm talking about the ones that like a particular side or try to follow BW or think they have inside information. Those are the ones that scare me.

Very well, when some think 95%+ dip into post ups it would be nice to see who will say they are in that 5% that do not.

With all the BS of late it's actually nice to have you and other books go on the record.

We're going into our 5th season down here in C.R., but we spent 5 years in Curacao, before we made it here. Now, 5 years in Curacao and 5 years in Costa Rica make for 10 years in the OFFSHORE industry. And the main guys @ Hollywood were booking way before that, but I din't mention any of that, did I?
