Here is the latest installment of my debacle today...
I got this email after trying to figure out what happened to my earlier Neteller withdrawal.
"1st. I never received a request by Neteller for $2000 the last track I got from you was on sept 8th for $350 so I thought that was it
2nd we didn’t process no transaction at Neteller today since I didn’t even have a clue that you were requesting any money today
3rd I messed up thinking you were a different customer but I never touched your funds at all
4th only request I have is the last email you’ve sent staying you wanted to withdrawal $2000
5 we have a period of 24 hrs to process any transaction from its requested time
6 despites the confusion I got I’m trying to make it up by sending the money TODAY over Western Union if you’d like if not have to wait until tomorrow .
If I am wrong please send me a pasted statement of your Neteller transaction for a requested withdrawal and the date you made it"
I told them I didn't request money from the Neteller website. I used their online request form, like I did the last time, and thought that was all I had to do.
Then I explained that shortly after I made my request for the $2000 the money was deducted from my account and I got a email from them telling me my money was in my account. After all of that I find it hard to believe that they were unaware that I had made a Neteller withdrawal request.
Am I wrong??
They said they would send the money tomorrow or WU today if I needed it today. I appreciate the WU offer but I'm still a little scared at what was going on at that book today. BAD lack of communication and scared it could happen again.
Don’t get scared we wont hold your money, we don’t have mean intentions here but to try to help you get your money ASAP
