Ramification will be on the next policy you try to take out will ask if you have ever been denied coverage and why.
You lie and say no good luck getting claim paid if they find out. If you say yes and give them why they wont be to happy and your approval probably wont happen.
I would always recommend withdrawing an application if you know they caught something WAY before you let an underwriter decline you.
If another carrier declines you the next one doesnt usually want the risk.
