I like how at Party Poker, every customer service employee has the last name "Jones," even the ones with an accent so thick you can barely understand them.

About 80% of my emails and live chat requests to Skybook are answered by "Tammy Moore." She sure is busy.

It all starts and ends with CS..There is nothing more valuable, other than a quick payout, then having a good contact person at the book of your choice..

I feel good customer service instills confidence in the sportsbook. It's always nice to have a book with knowledgable people that can answer your questions right away, or at least get back to you asap with an answer.

If im going to lose money id rather lose it to a book where the CS seems to care or is knowledgable and shows a happy face when you win also...

thoughts???

A must.. If you can't communicate with them, why use the service.
