BCobb,

There is a world of difference between David Kahane at Neteller, and Anthony Varvaro at Securebuxx. David Kahane is very accessible. He always responds to emails. Extremely receptive to sggestions. Just the other day he evn ofered to send e a free fleece jacket. On the flip side, Anthony is very hard to get a hold of. He'll keep promising to return your calls, but never does. Sending him emails is useless. And his secretary is trained to lie for him.

Is David Kahane the President of the company, or head of customer service?

Sorry guys, don't take this the wrong way, but I just do not understand why many of you would continue to make Neteller ridiculously rich off of their lame fees. Yes, I have a Neteller account that I used to use, but I refuse to use them anymore as long as there are cheaper, alternative payment methods out there whether it be SecureBuxx, Western Union, etc. It's not necessarily the money I'm saving, it's just the idea of it. I have used SecureBuxx for some time now with never, ever a problem what~so~ever. Everthing has always gone smooth there and just as I continue to use books I have never had problems with, I will do the same with SecureBuxx.

TheOnlineBet Stiffing Player for $8000+

I was contacted a couple weeks ago by a player asking for assistance with a payout dispute with TheOnlineBet.com. The player sent me screen shots of account info & live chat where TheOnlineBet made it clear he was owed the monies. I tried for over a week to contact Mr John Stone & to get him to discuss the troubles.

He hid & would not speak of the incident. He made his customer Service guys take the calls and emails. These guys get to hear the complaints and try to defend a chit book. Mark & Steven were cooperative. They told me as much as they could. They confirmed that the player was owed over $8000 & that there was really no reason for him not to get paid. Steven said that there were 3-5 players not getting paid right now because OnlineBet was robbed by Epoint & funds were weak.

Funny that they only had 3-5 players getting stiffed. If they were paying the rest, then why would they not send a payout of some amount to this player? I was told by Steven that he would send the player a dime last Monday. It never happened. TheOnlineBet openly admitted to me that the player was owed. They have made no attempt to pay this player a dime. It is truly pathetic that they can use the excuse of Epoint robbing them & the funds are weak, but yet I assure you they will take a deposit right now, knowing they are having financial troubles.

Beware and pass the word. Let's try to prevent others from getting sucked into a book that cannot pay any decent size player & they have made this clear. They are hoping for postups to help them. That is not how the game is played.

The player here has screen shots of wagers, withdrawal requests, & live chat to show proof. I hope he will take time to comment here as well.

Mr John Stone is mad at the player because Anthony at Secure Buxx gave the player a payout without the consent of TheOnlineBet. The player tried to do everything right. Anthony tried many times to contact The OnlineBet for approval of the payout, but they would not reply because they were not going to pay this player. Anthony did the right think by releasing some money to this player. If not, he would be owed over $10,000.

I don't know where you play Hache, but most of my neteller withdrawals are free. The rest only cost $15 max.

books should pick up the neteller fees for their customers. Intercasino picks up the fees for Neteller deposits. Sportbooks should follow.

Simply put they are scammers and shysters. I would run far away from any attempts at using such a service. The customer service is terrible, Sucurebuxx is far from secure, and believe me give it a year and the house of cards will soon come toppling down.

**** The personal and unfounded assault on Anthony has been edited ****

Please stick to the facts...
