Dodd-Frank impacted all of us. It should have never passed the way it was written under Clinton. W should have repealed it rather than taking advantage....but history shows he was just in bed with all the powers to be. Obama was a president who didnt get 1 positive bill passed in 8 years. The ACA did cost me actual money.

I am a developer and builder. That bill caused the housing crisis...fact...and it hurt when the bubble popped. Luckily I had good guidance from a good mentor that warned to cool off with acquisitions before it got really bad.
I am on my phone so cant explain in detail, but basically thr law was made to expand government, it did. The regulations started to loosen becasue fat cats were cashing. The pole smoker Frank saw in 2007 what was about to happen from his work, tried to correct from 15 years of corruption, but it was way to late.
I had a community in N Atl that we were selling houses with 125% financing at 400k. People were getting paid to buy houses they couldnt afford. Sounds great right?
Luckily for me I made some good investments that cash flowed. Had to learn to live off 40k per year. Now I am back rolling but sad to have built wealth up on others misfortune. Everybody was doing it.

Uh Dodd-Frank passed in 2010, housing bubble burst in 2007 so I'm not understanding the correlation. Maybe you're confusing it with "American Dream Downpayment Act" which gave away homes to the poor with awful credit. It was passed by Bush and the Cons.
You do realize it was the banking deregulations that led to the collapse? Banks were allowed to pretty much put all their eggs in the subprime basket which bankrupted them.

Obama paid for my vasectomy, which kept an extra $1000 in my bank account. Giving poor people subsidized sterilizations is something that will benefit all of us greatly in about 20 years. Obama has also let me avoid any personal responsibility for eight full years. Anytime anything bad happens in my life, instead of looking at my own choices as the cause, I can just blame him
