Nice call if you said that a couple of weeks ago.. It does seem Garcia is doing them no harm at all with his 10TDs and only 2INTs..

GL if you got them bet bro, I know your a sharp kid..

I do not believe playoff history means anything. I believe it is here and now. They could go aways for sure. Wide open offense with playmakers and very well balanced to boot. It is a wide open playoff and anything can happen. It is very exciting though and lets enjoy the ride.

If I would have listened to what you guys said all season, the saints Season would have been over in week 4.

Philly is the new glory team of the week.

2 Weeks ago it was Dallas.

A month ago it was Chicago.

2 months ago it was Caralina.

It never ends.

Whats going to happen when the Saints win the Superbowl?

I guess im going to have to prepare myself for all the WORST SUPER BOWL team ever threads.

And if we listened to you we would've thought that Marcus Colston is going to be the next Jerry Rice, Drew Brees is the best player in the league, Sean Payton is already one of the best coaches ever, Mickey Loomis is the football equivalent of Billy Beane, and that the Bears were the best team in the past 20 years. Spare us your theatrics please.

Besides the Bears are the best team in 20 years part, and the fact that you misquoted me on the Jerry Rice thing, I stand 100% behind all those comments.

I said Drew Breese is the best QB in the league this season.

Can you name a better one?

The Saints had one of the best drafts in football history this year. 4 starters out of 7 picks.

BUSH ROY canidate
Ramon Harper all-rookie team till he got hurt.
Jari Evans (considered the best offensive rookie lineman in the NFL according to most NFL scouts)
Colston- ROY canidate, despite messing 3.5 games.

7th round pick (the other 7th round pick ZACH STIFE, the only reason he is not starting is because he is behind our all pro Jamal Brown in the DEPTH chart. He started one game due to a Brown injury, and Payton could not contain himself how exited he was over his play. He is also a future stud.

Signed Drew Breese, when Culpepper was the popular choice.

What am I missing here? That is the most impressive offseason in football history.
What more could he have done in 1 year.
This does not even count the fact that he made a trade last draft to move down 8 picks in the 3rd round to get another 3rd round pick next year.

The Saints have a 1st, 2nd, 2 3rds, 2 4ths, a 5th, 2 6ths, and a 7th round pick in April on top of all else hes done this year.

Colston still managed to have more TDS than Boldin, still has a chance for more yards than Bolden.

Colstons stats.

11 games.

70 catches 1038 yards, 8 TDS.

I will put those rookie numbers side by side to just about anyone.

Most impressive offseason in football history? Really? Let's take a look at the 1974 Steelers draft and see if you can still make that assertion.
Round Pick Overall
1 21 21 Lynn Swann WR USC
2 20 46 Jack Lambert LB Kent State
4 4 82 John Stallworth WR Alabama A&M
4 22 100 Jimmy Allen DB UCLA
5 21 125 Mike Webster C Wisconsin

I don't know how you judge talent but drafting 4 Hall of Famers in one draft is pretty freaking impressive. This gets my vote for greatest offseason ever....was the final piece that set up 4 Super Bowls.

Haha, I said if they went undefeated.......I told you that he wouldn't pass Boldin or Moss though and you didn't believe me. And now...he won't even win ROY, too funny.
