Whats the quickest an NBA player has fouled out in an NBA game?

Dorko played a 4th qtr not so long ago and he had 5 fouls in something like 2 mins!?! lol Thats the real reason he isn't playing. He too doesn't have a clue on defense. I doubt Dorko would be putting up Carmelo numbers in Denver.

Dominating the East? The only thing Dorko will be dominating is an All Star game. In europe, for ex NBA players who can't get a gig anywhere else.

Too much is being asked of new NBA players entering the league to be good defensive players. You have to score in this game. That really can't be taught. Defense can.

Another thing. You always look great defensively when your opponents are offensively challenged. Think about this carefully. Has the pistons faced any real high charged offense lately. I am telling you now when the Pistons get scored on how are they going to respond? Do they have the scoring to win games if required? If your getting jumpers drained from everywhere on you, offensively you will falter as the game wears on. Pressure builds. Mistakes are made. Do the Pistons have a consistant outside the arc option? All these questions will be answered soon. Right now can Dorko play? The answer is NO. Will he improve? Obviously. Enough to be a better player the Carmelo? Hardly.

Funny shit buddy possibly post of the year. Please in your expert opinion tell me why you think it's easier to teach a 19yr how to score then to defend at the toughest posistion in basketball.

They each are at different stages of their development and they play different positions for different teams with different needs.

Let's see how they are both doing when they are 21.

I am not claiming to be an expert. Far from it lol. I said it's easier to teach a kid to learn how to defend then it is to show him how to score. You can not teach scoring instincts, You either have it or you dont. Defensively you can be taught to slide, transition, zone, man to man defence. Ofensively you can not tell a kid to go out and score 40 unless he has the abilty to do so. Granted he doesn't shoot a high percentage. Kobe doesn't either. Most shooting guards dont shoot high percentage because they are shooters. I agree it's early to judge but i really can't see Dorko ever being compared to Carmelo in the same breath. I guess we all just have wait and see.

I definitely agree with Bozzie that Carmelo doesnt play defense. Im sure that has something to do with the fact he CANT play defense! Secondly, look at the freakin team he's on. Heck, he's taking the majority of the shots, he should be averging what he is.......As I said before, Carmelo couldn't hold Lebron's jock strap........

If Darko is not playing next season and being decent it will look like a bust. At 19 with a full NBA season with Ben and Rasheed he should know enough to give em solid 15 minutes. Its not like his body is the excuse. Hes a monster next to Prince and Hamilton.

Those 2 guys look emaciated yet that starting lineup is the D team of the yr. Go figure and chalk one up for team D.
