Reading this if true gives me a lot of thoughts.
Some of them really good and some of them kinda bad.
First off a guy with his connections could have easily gotten out of this bind easily.
Im sure he could have called his sugar daddy up and had his house and school loan payed off instantly.
So I'm kinda impressed that he did not take advantage of his position to get out of the financial mess.
The bad part is getting to the mess to begin with.
Although 300k a year is not as much as it sounds he still shows terrible money management.
Cashing out IRAs.
I guess the only reason he did not refinance his loan was his credit score is probably below 600.
But I do applaud him for dealing with this on his own.

seriously I'm calling bullshit on the net worth of only $440,000. The chap had a steady annual income of over $300,000. There's no way someone of his intelligence can be that incompetent with money . I don't believe it.
