They would've given you a different answer than they did me?

At least in person you can talk to a supervisor. It's tough getting one if not in person. Shoot, its tough to talk to anyone in the book if you try to call.

I washed some tickets in the washing machine from the Golden Nugget and Hilton about 10 years ago. Tried to call each to speak to them about their lost ticket policy. GN under no circumstances would let me communicate with the book. Said I had to see them in person.

Took awhile after getting transferred to different people, but the Hilton finally let me speak to someone in the Book there.

Have you tried going to the top of the chain command there in the Book? The final answer is no?

I talked to the supervisor at the book while I was still in LV. What did he say?

"Soccer is a dumb sport, I don't know why we take bets on that sport."

He told me the match is final after 90 minutes+stoppage time.

But have you talked to anyone there after you mailed your tickets in and received the email/mail that your bets lost? Outside of corresponding with whoever sent the email/mail?

The person that I spoke to on the phone is from auditing and the person that signed my Southpoint rejection letter.

imo you are not owed the money. several soccer matches per week are regraded to a 3-0 score due to some sort of issue like fielding ineligible player, fan violence, improper security, too many foreign players used, no minutes for youth player, etc

the match you bet on completed the full 90 minutes and that's all the book should really care about.
