I oppose the death penalty, I'm for truth in sentencing

Life means life, and being in jail for life provides a lifetime of suffering, especially if you know there's no chance for parole

I don't believe in taking a life, and hundreds of people convicted of serious crimes have their convictions overturned. Death ends the possibility of reversing a mistake

It's actually cheaper to keep one in jail for life than it is to kill that person

and for the most heinous crimes, the prisoners will take care of them which is even better and less expensive than killing him by law. Even hardened violent criminals have some standards

WOW. It finally happened. I agree with Wrong Way 100%. :aktion033

They dont put death row inmates in with the general population...They get their own cell & somthing like a zoo cage run straight back from their cell to go outside for 1/2 hour a day or something like that...They are in solitary 23 hours a day..It was probably the ACLU that fought to protect these monsters..

I'm against it, because it's barbaric and uncivilized to kill a person that is defenseless and not in the act of hurting another human, no matter what they did in the past. I'm all for a most violent defense, but something rubs me wrong about committing violence upon a person that is in shackles. I'm also against abortion (in cases when it's not self defense) and not a liberal in any shape or form.
