How can anyone watch the movie Precious?

It's a chick flick. Who else would watch a movie called "Precious: based on the novel 'Push' by Sapphire"? It's the most pretentious name ever in the history of movies. I mean who has Sapphire as their name???

The name alone should scare any straight man away. That, and the thought of having sex with the chick featured.

Now I realize there are some straight men that have the curiosity factor since this won an Academy Award.

The movie did not win an Academy Award. Monique won for best supporting actress but the movie didn't.

I just couldn't understand the fatty playing the lead role. She is so fat and has so many necks that I just couldn't understand what she was saying.
