The play is 10X better? How do you figure? Running the ball up the middle 50 times a game is better? QB's not throwing the ball out of bounds instead of taking a sack because they have no brains is better? QB's trying to make passes into the end zone when it's 1st and goal and there is limited space and all the players are bunched up together so it's next to impossible to do is better? These PROFESSIONAL coaches and players can't come up with something better than that?

running side to side in the nfl just doesnt work consistently. very simply, offenses have a much better chance of moving the ball winning the battle right up front than they do trying to run toward the sidelines. defenses are way too fast on this level. all the spread nonsense works in college. but it doesnt work in the pros. average fan sees that are boring. but the average fan has no idea how good even the most mediocre nfl defense is.

I have always felt this way about the NFL and that is why I like it the least out of the 4 major sports in America. I see it in every game and with just about every team. Always running up the middle and gaining no yardage as if that play is going to surprise the defense. A team can run that play 100 times and they might gain some substantial yardage 1 time out of 100. It's fruitless. Either the coaches are stupid for constantly calling dumb plays like that or the players are all stupid and the coaches all know they're stupid so they don't give them anything too difficult to handle. Either way, the game is a joke.
Did you even read the whole thread before saying something stupid like you did? I guess not or else you wouldn't have said what you said. I posted what I bet on because someone foolishly said I wrote this thread simply because I had lost a bet on the game which wasn't true. To prove I hadn't lost anything on the game, I copied and pasted my betting ticket.
