Sens aren't motivated this year in the least... changing coach isn't going to make a difference with this club. They need to get rid of all the floaters and prima-donnas (Alfredsson, Spezza, Heatly) and bring in some fresh players, because there is obviously something not right with these guys.
It was sad to see Hartsburg get canned, because he is a very good coach (he did a tremendous job with my local junior team the Soo Greyhounds over the years) He was just put in charge of a bunch of unmotivated players who's egos are obviously too big for the dressing room.
