The fact that you think this is some "complex" information is hysterical.

Law is complex. And this situation is a complex situation if you don't understand law. That's why it's too complex for you to argue. Just like basic high school financial and match concepts.

You're too dumb for this stuff.

Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin says he doesn't anticipate Donald Sterling being the owner of the team at the start of next season but concedes he would have to decide on his future with the Clippers if new ownership were not in place.

"I don't anticipate that being how it's going to be," Griffin said when asked whether he could continue to play for the team if Sterling were owner at the start of next season. "If it still is, I'll make a decision then. It's not something that's ideal. Personally, I don't know all the ins and outs of everything. I hear stuff just like everybody else does, but I don't know what's really true or not. It's up to [the league], but I don't think that's an ideal situation for us, to start next season with that still going on."

It is so 'complex' that you read a single blog post and figured it all out.

Since you never went to law school, how do you "understand law" again?

the NBA is reportedly set for a lengthy legal battle with Donald Sterling, who is refusing the league's sanctions against him and is prepared to sue in an attempt to maintain ownership of the team.

^ Another report on the matter

But remember, the Internet dipshit who has never been to law school doesn't care.

He "knows"

It's not complex to me, but after I saw your financial and math knowledge, this is way above your ability to understand.

Uh, you have already fell flat on your face.

See stupid, you can't even understand why 2 law professors are saying that Sterling is going to sue. You literally don't understand.

But of course you, never been to law school, never read a legal brief, offer up "law is complex" as an all time greatest hit.

It is "complex" but you read that 1 blog post and now you understand.

Well since you think repeating talking points you read on a blog makes you "understand" by all means keep flailing with these little brain, little kiddie "it is complex" bromides.

Please.

This is laugh out loud funny.

That's the same lame response he gives whenever someone asks him a straightforward question about economics.

"It's too complex - let smart people like Paul Krugman figure it out!"

Disagree... I think it will be very easy. His business is part of an Association. If the other 29 owners in the Association want his out, there is no court in America that will prevent that. He signed the document man, the wording is clear cut. The wording on how much power the Commissioner has is not though. So I have no clue if he has a case over his $2.5 million fine and lifetime ban. But the wording on the owners is game over for Sterling if they vote him out.

Yea, and his lawyers will tell him if you fight you will lose, your best option is to sell.

Fact: Donald Sterling, is refusing the league's sanctions against him and is prepared to sue in an attempt to maintain ownership of the team.

What is funny about this is he read a blog and now is all understanding of the issue!

Of course, when he is proven spectacularly wrong he will come back here with the "it is complex" meme and say "I never said I was a lawyer. lol"

As if it all isn't predictable...

The only fact is he is refusing the league's current sanctions against him. You are making up the other part.

You have trouble with basic math and financial concepts. There is no possible way you have the slightest clue about law. You are really dumb, that's why you are in agreement with someone as crazy as Sheriff Joe. Poor fella.

Law is complex for people to understand. Those who do understand it also know it's straight forward and easy for the NBA to get rid of Sterling. The complex part is where you have trouble with. You are at the intelligent level where you should be talking with Sheriff Joe and Russ about Benghazi and connecting the imaginary dots. Otherwise, the real world stuff you are too dumb for.

Except 2 law professors explained it.

What is funny is you do not understand the issue so you continue on with these ignorant posts.

Keep going

This is awesome

They did not explain his suit for being forced out. Most law professors have admitted that the NBA has this in the bag and Sterling doesn't have a case if the owners vote him out. You're confusing the two scenarios again. Just a really dumb person.

You have not one utter clue about the law which is why you are making the comically ignorant statements.

Sure I do. I imagine your knowledge of law is right up there with your knowledge of basic math, stats, basic financial concepts, and science. You are one of the dumber people on this site. You should be asking me questions instead of making comments. Maybe you'd stop sounding so dumb.

Uh, except you comically asserting something is "complex" but you figured it out by reading a blog posting is beclowning.

You are a rank idiot

Oh, and I am much, much, much more intelligent than you which is why I have higher levels of education than you. Not to mention more than 6 months pay available in cash.

You, you're poor.
