I believe they will discourage him from taking any legal action that would affect the value of his business and the amount of money they can make. This lawsuit for the $2.5 million is just a joke and a power move against Silver. When it comes to a billion dollar franchise, I think his lawyers will tell him that any legal avenue he takes will lose and his best bet is to agree with the owners in an exit strategy. Probably one in which they chip in for his capital gains losses or something of that nature that is beyond my legal knowledge.

But yes, I believe they will not take the owners decision to court.
