Are the Blackjack and Crap tables getting regular action at most places or is it way down? I see Delaware is opening their casino back up in July? But, I'll likely wait awhile.

Reopened 4 June. Since then stock prices are all down and layoffs continued. When they first opened, players clubs were giving out far less than before they closed; and since they opened, it has gone down even more. They are getting some people in the door and getting regular action, but not doing well.

3 friends were down in Delaware yesterday......the slots are operating but no table games, & you have to wear masks

Let's see how these casinos are doing in a year from now .......

Stations player club has some excellent deals for locals. The other local casinos are slower to step up.

Although we will be staying at the Palazzo for our upcoming trip, I do love Red Rock. That's a beautiful property.

What are you seeing from Stations that's better than before the pandemic? Cash back dropped from 0.3% on both slots and video poker to 0.1% on slots and 0.05% on VP. That's a pretty significant hit. Multiplier days almost exactly the same, at 1.0% and 0.5% (was 1.0% and 0.6%), so if you only play twice a week, it's just about the same as before; otherwise it's definitely worse.

My free-play is a little worse -- was $25 five times per month, now $15 six times per month. And because of less points, the days I do pick it up, earn less on any games I do play.

Lot of free-gifts for anyone who cares about 750mL of wine or a t-shirt. Not getting any dining comps.

Masks are not required in the LV casinos except for at the Westgate.

Re: Stations...was strictly talking about the offers: 10x points on VP twice per week, two Senior days rather than one and 50% point dining. We each got $20 fp x six for the month which is the norm. Some people like some of the gifts. (FYI...I understand the cash back change which was covert...Southpoint hasn't even had a chance to change their comparison signs that sit atop some slot banks)

Was at Silverton today and impressed by their virus actions...lots of cleaning and many stations where you could get wipes. Only about 10% of patrons had masks on which is the lowest number I have seen. Their VP selections/payouts are poor, but they gave us $60fp weekly plus multiple 50% discounts on food including to-go. Place wasn't very busy today.

FYI...my wife has that Pat Tillman jersey as we were in Phoenix when he was at ASU and later when he played for the Cardinals.

They take your temperature just as you walk in. It’s done by a thermal camera and it’s pretty fast. I think if your a bit overheated you have to step aside for a little bit to cool off before going through again. If you fail your not aloud in.

Newspaper today headlines lack of masks and social distancing. Definitely limited customers wearing mask...they quote 30%, I've seen a lot less. I haven't noticed a lack of social distancing as they cite people sitting next to each other at the slots forgetting they may actually be a couple. Tables are pretty empty. LV had the highest unemployment rates in the country. A Covid test is a part of the get back to work strategy so as all of those returning employees get tested, the positive case number is going up. The media forgets to report the denominator in that equation because that way they can keep us in fear.

As it stands now, large numbers of businesses across the US will fail after reopening, customers are still very fearful, revenue will be disappointing for months and months even if the virus figures continue to diminish gradually as they have lately.

So many businesses cannot take a 3 month hit from revenue anyway, but are going to try but will not be able to keep it going at half (or less) of their traditional revenue stream.

If there is a huge legitimate spike in virus hospital admissions, then its a disaster, schools do not reopen, no sports, more lockdowns, DJI back to 18,000 or lower.

I was in the corner that the recovery will be slow because too many people won't participate in reopenings, but I changed my opinion based on what I've observed

People are going out, spending money, going to beaches and parks and pool parties wherever they're allowed to do so.

Two out three larger restaurant clients put up wedding tents and are doing the volume they were doing when fully open. The third is just doing takeout, still sucking wind

A gym reopens this week. Based on what they've heard from industry friends, they expect to be jammed from the opening bell. We shall see

Seemingly most of CT, at least in my circles, never lost their jobs. They're all working from home if not back at the office. I know unemployment claims are high, but many of those people actually have a pay raise because of unemployment

I think things are going to rebound quickly, with the biggest resistance coming from the democratic media that trying to keep COVID-19 alive and using George Floyd's death for as long as they can get away with it

PS: And I have a Bubble Couple in my immediate family. My son, a Goldwater Republican, and my daughter-in-law, Little Mika, are terrified of this virus and they think the rest of us are crazy. Can't wait for them to grow up, they're still young. But they control our only grandchildren for the time being

I think the rebound you speak of is those that can afford it still going out, but a lot of businesses won’t rebound. And that’s sad. The economy hasn’t shown the signs of devastation yet, it’s coming and it will be ugly.

I'm not a slots machine player, so if Dover, De. doesn't have their table games operating next month, i won't be going until they do. I know slots are big money makers, but notta gonna do it.
