Anyone notice a common theme here? The only argument anyone can make against UF is Ole Miss. That is terribly weak if you ask me. How has UF played since then? How has Bama played the second half of the season?

UF has played more defenses than Bama has played offenses. Look at what LSU was able to do against Bama. Look at what UGA did against Bama. What did they do against UF?

For the record Ole Miss is a very underrated team and can hang with elite teams.

Another point about Ole Miss is that UF played their WORST game of the season and still scored 30pts. And that's after 3 or 4 turnovers and several gift scores. UF is playing lights out since then.

The more I look at this game the more Im convinced that UF wins by 20 or more.

just a question for you Alabama backers. Why would Alabama as a #1 ranked team be getting 10 points on a neutral field? I could see if they were playing in Florida. Vegas wants people to load up on Alabama. This is grounds for a public bloodbath.

I am laying my $ on Bama...like I said that is way to many pts in a championship game..plus Bama has a great def, and even better coach...as far as the Georgia and LSU games...Bama was up big in those games if I remember right...and it was a backdoor 2nd have that made it close. Hey...I am glad there are alot of Florida backers...the more the better

UF was up 20-7 at half and LSU scored at the buzzer. Against Bama, LSU was winning at the end of 1 and the game was tied at halftime. Bama was never up more than 7pts.

ok..I stand corrected on the LSU game..My point is Bama has showed up to play IMO...every game...and I will take Bama +10 vs a very good offensive Florida team....Plus Bama's O-line is going to give Florida problems...they will control the clock...and as long as Florida's offense is not on the field...they cant score..just my 2 cents

Bama went to overtime so Florida is undefeated?These common openent scores are not going to tell you who will win the game.

And the Georgia game has been used a lot to say Florida was more dominant.The Alabama/Georgia game was every bit as one sided as the Alabama/Florida game.Anybody that watched both would say that.Ask a Georgia fan.Alabama was up 31-0 AT Georgia.2nd half had a punt retuen for td and onsides kick Td last two minutes.When you are up 31-0 you can just run clock you dont need to score(although Florida might)

They beat Kentucky by 3, a pitiful Tulane team by 14, and LSU by 6. Are you sure about showing up for every game?

Why will Bama's OL give UF problems? Because they are big? I hope you have more than that. As for time, UF went 90yds in 1.07 against FSU in a monsoon. Just saying.

FSU was ranked in the top 10 in defense. To say they have no defense is being intellectually dishonest.

Even after the UF game they are 13 in total D, 30 in scoring D, 9 in pass D, and 26 in pass efficiency D.

Thanks Major.I was there as well (at the very top row of upper deck).I was proud of our team yesterday and all year and look forward to the future.
The gators made all the plays in the 4th quarter and were clutch.It was a great game.There is a good chance of a rematch next year.
