without the men and women in our armed forces, LUNATICS like saddam would be trying to take over the world on a daily basis.

the bottom line is, even in times of peace, our armed forces provide us the safety of our way of life.
these people just happened to die while in the act of putting foot to ass for our country. and by the way, i truely believe the main reason we are there is to protect OUR freedom, as much as it is to free the iraqi people.

You are assuming that Saddam has the arsenol to "take over the world". He hasn't a shread of the German military force as you could see in 91' & can see now.
I think the "ease" of these wars should be evidence of this assertion. The US spends 26 X's the amount on defense more than any other country. The only ones with the capacity to "take over the world" are "us".

If we are withholding evidence, then why the need to NOT withhold the forged documents regard (non-existant) proof of uranium aquistitions in Iraq? Why the pressure on the CIA to establish a link between Al Queda and Iraq - if the link existed then fine, but why the "need" to establish (manufacture) one?
