HOMEDAWG, got a question for you. Didnt see you reference the OKST/ZAGA game at all. Any thoughts, leans, info, etc. I have a weird feeling that i should play Gonzaga for a couple bucks but wanted some input first. My only concern is that this becomes a shootout. Okst can play an up and down game, and if the shots dont fall for zaga, easily cover this +7 IMO. Thanks:toast:
I kind of like OK ST here. Gonzaga has the ability to beat them up down low, and control the glass, but 7 points is a lot to lay to a quality team. This number is very good imo. I don't see much value either way but if i had to choose a side i would go ok st. Their 4 guard line up has the possibilty of causing some problems for the Zags. They will have to use their quickness to counter the Zags size. In this case I would take the points and hope for a good shooting night, BOL
i know you didn't. to be honest I do usually know who i am taking a day or 2 in advance, and this one was a late add.. i was looking at it a bit earlier then when popping tags asked i gave it another look, and the more i thought about it, and the way the games have gone today at this location (maryland, fullerton) with both dogs cashing I thought Ok St is def a solid play. i guess you are correct i am 1-2 on the day, but i have said in almost all of my posts 1 unit plays do not count on my recrord, just unit value....if they did i would have 5 or 6 more wins on my record with only 2 losses. i just didn't want my record to reflect plays that were my least strongest since once the season gets going i will rarely have any plays less than 3 units.
