This is not out of character for such a young team. When they are good the're very good. When they are not shooting well from beyond the arc they can be awful. Regardless of the outcome the Zips +9' were worth a shot. It aint over yet

yeah I mean I'm fine with it... with all of my losses today I was really hoping Akron could pull through but it was worth a shot. 15 pt lead now... lets go Zips! 8 pts still isn't out of the question with 11 minutes to go.

ya they cut it to 6 to start the half then missed 2 free throws and went downhill from there. they weren't shooting the ball well from behind the line, which is what ultimately doomed them. can't win them all, and there is a lot left for the day

this uconn team is far from over rated. they lost to a good team that played out of their minds. i see them taking out a lot of frustration on a rutgers team who is completely different away from the RAC

They might have the most talent in the nation, but they don't play like a team yet. Can't blowout Buffalo don't see them doing it to Rutgers.

What about Wake Forest at BYU?

I don't know Connecticut has played many better good games then bad. It was a bad spot when they played at UB. A whole season shouldn't be judged based on 1 game. Rutgers is an improving team, but historically they are putrid away from the RAC. Plus if you think UCONN's bad win at UB was bad just look at some of Rutgers losses. How can you justify that?

I like Wake. They were one of my sleeper picks at the beginning of the year and are living up to potential. However, BYU is one of the toughest places to play in the country so I don't know it could be a bad spot. I am going to look at it a little bit more and decide

Rutgers lost by 22 to UNC, but UConn doesn't score the rate UNC does. Not expecting an outright or anything close, but 21 points is alot.
