Man, I just was able to log in now to see if you had other action.

When I went to The Greek just now, the total on your 2nd play is now 119.5! :neenee:

<TABLE borderColor=#000000 cellSpacing=0 width="98%" bgColor=#000000 border=0><TBODY><TR bgColor=#363636><TD width="100%"><SMALL>7:00 pm </SMALL></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><TABLE borderColor=#000000 cellSpacing=0 width="98%" bgColor=#000000 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD align=middle width=35>715</TD><TD width=180>Miami Ohio</TD><TD align=middle width=85></TD><TD align=middle width=85></TD><TD align=right width=45>+105</TD><TD width=85></TD><TD width=85></TD></TR><TR><TD align=middle width=35>716</TD><TD width=180>Wright State</TD><TD align=middle width=85>-1½</TD><TD align=middle width=85>119½</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Is there still value, your opinion, to take the UNDER on this play?

I defer to your expertise on this. Thanks in advance if you check back before tip-off.

Also, any opinion on the San Diego-U. of Miami(FL) game? Line is currently Canes -6. This should be an interesting game.

Thanks again, for all your help. :aktion033

I took it under 119.5 myself... there is still value if we got it 1 point under I think... better take now then to wait and get even worse odds

Sonny, thanks for your tip. :toast:

Since homedawg wasn't here to directly answer my question, I logically think I did the next best thing possible IMO by buying the 1/2 point to boost the total up to 120. Cost me -10 juice, but hopefully this is a wise move. We shall see.

Sorry i wasn't around earlier I have a very busy week with work. this time of year is pretty busy for me, and every free minute i usually use to cap a couple days ahead.
i would have said 119.5 is still a good play imo. i can see these teams playing in the 50's.
i hope to deliver for you this season. no matter what every selection of mine is well thought out, and played at what i believe to be maximum value. i usually hop on lines are soon as they come out. for the most part I am already prepared for the next days action by the time the opening lines come out so I will usually post a play as soon as they come out, and then if there will be any more sides that I will add it will be before 11am the following morning. totals usually come out around the same time so looks for total plays around noonish. i will hardly ever add anything (unless there is big line movement in our favor). i hope this helps. gl tonight, and the remainder of the season:toast:

The more and more I look at this the more and more I like. I think they win this one easily.

To tell you the truth I really didn't like too much today. I am working on tomorrow's card tho, and that's a different story

Thank you very much, homedawg, for taking the time to reply to a NCAA hoops newbie like myself. :aktion033

I appreciate your hard work and incredible analysis. I also say "thanks" for explaining to me (and everyone else) the "timing" when you usually will be posting plays. Just to be clear in my mind, when you say 11:00AM, are we talking PST or EST? I live in California, yourself?

Let's get the cash this season! :toast:

Good luck with the ND game, but I only play them at home.

Who do you like UConn vs. Wisconsin? Looking for my first play of the year and I like UConn as Wisconsin doesn't have anybody inside to stop Thabeet and Adrien.

UCONN has the ability to out talent them. I mean this team is LOADED like no other. They have studs all over the court. They also know how to play basketball, they are just not athletes. AJ Price, Craig Austrie, and freshman Kemba Walker are all very sound ball handlers. They will get the horses (Dyson, Adrien, Thabeet) the ball in positions to score. This team is scary good. Adrein, and Thabeet own the glass, and are yr in and yr out the best shot blocking team in the country. Wisconsin could be in a world of hurt just b/c they don't have the athletes to compete with these guys. They are deep, athletic, and more importantly know how to play basketball. Tough match up for Wisconsin, I sat UCONN wins by 10+

BOL hope this helps

Florida Atlantic +23.5 -110

Hate to do this, but I have to take the points here. The Owls have a new outlook on life, as Mike Jarvis has given the program a shot in the arm. They are off to their best start in years at 3-1, and are playing with confidence. They battled with Arizona for a while before falling by 13. Davidson is good, but 23 may be asking a lot to cover. Especially with a game coming up tomorrow you have to think McKillop will pull Curry if he has a large lead. Take Curry of this team and these could be 2 teams on the same level. That's obvious not the case since Curry is an all american, and Fla Atl is playing without arguably their best player Carlos Monroe who is having some academic issues. Regardless they have had 2 freshman step up (Shavar Richardson 12.ppg, andChris Waton 8rpg). They also have some firepower with the school's 6th all time leading scorer in Paul Graham III, and Xavier Perkins who has stepped his game up to avg 8.8ppg and is coming off a career high of 18 pts his last game. They have a solid ball handler in point guard Carderro Nwoji who only has 3 turnovers in 141 minutes. Needless to say this is a very talented team, who is playing with extreme confidence. Other than Curry Davidson severely lacks firepower. lovedale is a more of a do everything player, then get the ball and get me basket guy. He gets a lot of garbage buckets, and such. I think the Owls have the athletes, and the talents to keep it withing 15. Like I said having to play tomorrow should help reduce Curry's minutes which will steal us a few points and the cover.

The thing that worries me about UConn is they have too much talent. Calhoun likes to get everybody in the game instead of sticking with one solid lineup. Price is the key to their success and if he has a good game they should cover. Thanks for the advice and I locked in UConn -4.5 for a unit.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

What's up Homedawg? I'm going to jump on the train, if there's room. I suck at college hoops. I got ND -14.5.

A couple things on this game. Classic move over zero from dog to favorite with the majority of public on the Rebs. I'm really not too worried about that stuff, but it does exist so I will take that. I also like the Miners playing at home. This team flies under the radar, but are sneaky good. They have the best player in the C-USA in Stefon Jackson, and return 6th man of the yr Randy Culpepper. He has come out firing averaging 25.5ppg over the first 2 games. Those 2 are exceptional offensive players who can carry UTEP if need be. UNLV is usually a team I love to play on b/c of their defense, but they do struggle to score at times. Playing in El Paso against a team on the rise may be a tough spot for the Runnin'Rebs. This one can go a long way come NCAA tournament selection and a win over UNLV will only help. I think home court will win out when it's all said and done
