I find it strange because it appears there are so many people that hate them both, more people against each of them than there are who support them, yet it looks like they will both win their parties nomination #%() There are always supporters and non-supporters but this time it seems there is a significant more amount of dislike for the (most likely) 2 candidates.
Assuming you are from the US and these are our choices, who are you voting for?

2 problems with this thread.....

1-Trump wont be the Republican nominee
2-The polls close 11/8/2016 ....Not 12/11/2016<strike></strike>

#1 I hope you are right, but we will find out soon... (also read the last sentence again, it can be tricky)
#2 I just went with 250 days (this is the official "unofficial" vote)

Third party vote here as well. But the reality is that Hillary Clinton will be the next President. I don't see any other realistic scenario.

Sadly this. Unless the GOP gets smart at an open convention and nominates Kasich. But GOP and smart rarely go together.

I'm admittedly (and happily) somewhat ignorant when it comes to politics. But I actually think the Repubs are very likely to end up nominating a third party like Kasich (who I voted for even though it felt like throwing my vote away).

But I think Hillary wins in that scenario also.

If it's Kasich against Hilary, I think Kasich wins.

No vote against Drumpf is a wasted vote. It helps keep him from 1237, and that's all that means anything at this point. Get to a Contested Convention, stop Drumpf, and they'll figure it out. Kasich, Ryan, Romney. All would have legit shots to beat Hillary in varying degrees.

what a mess....top two candidates are the most polarizing of the field and have really high disapproval rates (both 50% plus)

is there a reset button anywhere?

it is amazing to me that a third party candidate cant emerge and get traction this year

"On the Republican side, Trump scores a net negative of -33, with a favorable rating of 24% compared to 57% of voters who view him unfavorably. On the Democratic side, Clinton fares only slightly better with a net negative of -21, registering a 31% favorable rating and a 52% unfavorable rating, according to the poll."

Tough to see what the media and establishment republicans are doing to Trump. This guy is the president we've been waiting for.

I am very worried about this counties future with hillary. Worried about our economy and our security

Make no mistake boys. Anyone but Trump will get beat by Hillary Clinton

You simply don't have a clue. Trump is getting drubbed by Hillary.....trailing by double digits and it would be a massacre. Trump could never beat Hillary and if you repubs don't won't Hillary to be president......find a way to get Kasich the nomination.

i think this is about right. there are a lot of people who would only hold their nose and vote for Hillary if the only other option was trump. I am still not sure i could vote for her, but can't back Trump. Bottom line is eventually it becomes a general election so you can't piss off so many groups and have a solid chance to win.

And as usual per what you say in the offshore forum.

The correct answer is the exact opposite of what you say.

Even your cousin Cruz has a better shot at beating Clinton then Trump.
