McConnell finally comes to grips with reality and handles a Stephanopoulos gotcha question bluntly.

Appearing on ABC’s “This Week” on Sunday, McConnell was asked by George Stephanopoulos if Trump is “qualified” to be president of the United States, to which he replied, “I think there’s no question that he’s made a number of mistakes over the last few weeks. I think they’re beginning to right the ship.”

“It’s a long time until November,” McConnell added. “And the burden, obviously, will be on him to convince people that he can handle this job.”

“I didn’t hear you say whether you thought he was qualified,” Stephanopoulos replied.

“Look, I’ll leave that to the American people to decide. You know, he won the Republican nomination fair and square,” McConnell replied, “He got more votes than anybody else against a whole lot of well qualified candidates. And so our primary voters have made their decision as to who they want to be the nominee.”

“The American people will be able to make that decision in the fall,” McConnell said.

That about sums it up.

[h=1]Shock poll shows Hillary TWELVE points ahead of Donald - while battleground polls have Clinton ahead in Florida, Wisconsin, Colorado and even North Carolina[/h]
  • New polling out today from ABC News/Washington Post shows Hillary Clinton with a 12-point advantage
  • Another new poll - this one from NBC News and the Wall Street Journal only has Clinton up by five points
  • CBS News released four different battleground state surveys with Clinton ahead in every one
By NIKKI SCHWAB, U.S. POLITICAL REPORTER FOR DAILYMAIL.COM

Donald Trump is now trailing Hillary Clinton by 12 points in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll, in a dramatic 14-point swing since mid-May.
Now just 39 percent of registered voters support Trump, while 51 percent support Clinton.
Six weeks ago, 46 percent liked Trump and 44 percent chose Clinton, giving the Republican billionaire the advantage for the first time in this particular survey.

Hillary Clinton is up 12 points in the latest ABC News/ Washington Post poll - which is a 14 point move from where the two candidates were in mid-May

But The Donald's fortunes soon reversed, with now two-thirds of Americans saying that they believe Trump is biased against women, minorities and Muslims, with 64 percent – a new high – saying they believe the businessman is unqualified to serve as president.
Surveys from both NBC News and CBS aren't nearly as bad, but also don't show Trump much good news.
Today's NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll has Clinton up over Trump – but by just five points.
She receives 46 percent of the vote to Trump's 41 percent.
When Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson is added in, along with Green Party hopeful Jill Stein, Clinton's lead is eaten up, though she still leads Trump by one point.
Clinton gets support from 39 percent, Trump gets 38 percent while Johnson gets 10 percent and Stein receives 6 percent.
NBC News notes that the Clinton-Trump race's numbers have been relatively consistent, compared to the swing shown in the ABC News survey.
In CBS News' Battleground Trackers polling, Clinton has a slight lead in four key battleground states.

In Florida, the key to the 2000 election and the state which holds Trump's tony Mar-a-Lago resort, Clinton is up 44 percent to 41 percent. The margin of error is 3 percent.
In Colorado, the two candidates are neck-and-neck with Clinton edging out Trump by just one point, 40 percent to 39 percent, with a margin of error of 4.3 percent.
In Wisconsin, Clinton has a more comfortable lead, receiving the support there from 41 percent of voters to Trump's 36 percent.
CBS and YouGov polled voters in North Carolina too.
The Southern state went to President Obama in 2008, but back to Mitt Romney in 2012.
Before 2008, voters hadn't selected a Democrat since 1976, when Georgia Gov. Jimmy Carter ousted President Gerald Ford after the Watergate scandal and President Richard Nixon's resignation.
Now, Clinton is leading Trump in North Carolina too.
She beats The Donald with 44 percent support to his 42 percent support, with a margin of error of 4 percent.

These latest polls lie too....

ROTFLMAO!!!!!! How, exactly, did they "lie?" All the pollsters who didn't have their lips glued to Romney's jock said Obama would win comfortably, and he did. You'll recall that I, unlike you, not only had the result, but EXACTLY the electoral college result.Shush()*:pointer::hammeritkth)(&^Loser!@#0Slapping-silly90)):bigfinger:laughingb

[h=6]- JUNE 25, 2016 -[/h][h=1]FORMERLY DEMOCRAT ELECTED OFFICIALS TURN REPUBLICAN FOR TRUMP IN NEW JERSEY[/h]Breitbart
Two Camden County, New Jersey elected officials jumped ship from the Democratic Party to register Republican and vote for presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
Audubon Park Mayor Larry Pennock, who changed his registration over two months ago, describes his shift as “ideological,” highlighting his positions on the "economy, national security, and immigration.”
After several years of contemplation, Pennock was finally persuaded by Trump’s run.
Audubon Park Councilman John Carpinelli also re-registered as a Republican.
Pennock and Carpinelli made the announcement of their new Republican Party registrations on Thursday despite “dissatisfaction” among a heavily Democratic Camden County.
New Jersey congressional candidate Bob Patterson told Breitbart News, “For many, many years powerbrokers and political insiders have dominated Camden County, but the voters I’ve talked to are fed up with it. The insiders are going to find themselves on the outside in 2016.”
Patterson believes the mayor and councilman should be congratulated for “having the courage of their convictions.”

The "dirty" poll done by @ABC @washingtonpost is a disgrace. Even they admit that many more Democrats were polled. Other polls were good.

After sitting out the last 2 presidential election the “silent majority” is alive and well!

Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump is improving his favorability rating among white Protestant Republicans.

From February through May, 57 percent of highly religious Republicans held a favorable view of Trump.

But as of June, Trump’s favorability rating with highly religious Republicans increased nine points to 66 percent, according to a new Gallup poll.

The increase in support comes the week after Trump met with roughly 1,000 religious leaders in New York City.

[h=6]- JUNE 27, 2016 -[/h][h=1]LATEST BAD NEWS FOR CLINTON EMAIL SERVER[/h]BREAKING NEWS: The AP is reporting that Clinton lied about turning over all her work-related emails on her secret server to the State Department for review. In the latest blow to Clinton’s secret server spin, nearly three dozen pages of emails between Clinton and her top aide Huma Abedin were on Clinton’s secret server were not turned over by Clinton last year at the State Department’s request. We now know that Clinton's repeated assertion that she turned over everything work-related from her time at the State Department is not true.

Last August, Clinton certified under “penalty of perjury,” that she turned over all emails at clintonemail.com, “that were or potentially were federal records be provided to the Department of State.”

“More Clinton Emails Released, Including Some She Deleted” By Michael Biesecker

“Another 165 pages of emails from Hillary Clinton's time at the State Department surfaced Monday, including nearly three dozen that the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee failed to hand over last year that were sent through her private server.

The latest emails were released under court order by the State Department to the conservative legal advocacy group Judicial Watch. The batch includes 34 new emails Clinton exchanged through her private account with her deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin. The aide, who also had a private email account on Clinton's home server, later gave her copies to the government.

The emails were not among the 55,000 pages of work-related messages that Clinton turned over to the agency in response to public records lawsuits seeking copies of her official correspondence. They include a March 22, 2009, message where the then-secretary of state discusses how her official records would be kept.

“I have just realized I have no idea how my papers are treated at State," Clinton wrote to Abedin and a second aide. "Who manages both my personal and official files? ... I think we need to get on this asap to be sure we know and design the system we want.””

[h=6]- JUNE 27, 2016 -[/h][h=1]ICYMI: SENATE SUBCOMMITTEE: CLINTON REFUGEE PLANS TO COST NEARLY HALF A TRILLION[/h]
Note: Forwarded below is an analysis released today from the United States Senate

WASHINGTON— An analysis by the Subcommittee on Immigration and The National Interest finds the refugee plan of presumptive presidential nominee Hillary Clinton could cost hundreds of billions of dollars.

Presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton has announced her desire toadmit at least 65,000 refugees from Syria – on top of the existing refugee flow already entering the United States. What Clinton has not explained, however, is that in addition to the clear national security implications related to accepting more refugees, there are massive financial costs that would be borne by federal, state, and local governments.‎

Assuming Clinton's desire to bring in 65,000 Syrian refugees is in addition to the Obama Administration's current goal of admitting 10,000 this fiscal year (out of 85,000 total refugees), that would amount to an increase of 55,000 refugees. ‎55,000 on top of 85,000 totals 140,000 refugees. The Obama Administration's target for FY 2017 is actually 100,000 refugees, meaning that adding 55,000 refugees to that would result in 155,000 refugees each year. Due to statutory flaws in our Refugee Admissions Program, the number could be as high as Hillary Clinton desires.Assuming her goal is to admit 155,000 refugees each year during a hypothetical first term in office, a Clinton Administration would admit at least 620,000 refugees in just four years – a population roughly the size of Baltimore.

Although some have attempted to say that the ‎cost of the Refugee Admissions Program is encapsulated in the annual budget provided to the Department of State and the Department of Health and Human Services for refugee resettlement, the actual costs are exponentially greater – as the annual budget for refugee resettlement does not include costs related to Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Supplemental Security Income, and other programs, as the Obama Administration admits. Nor does that budget include the costs imposed on state and local governments for social services. Furthermore, that budget does not include the costs of future benefits use after refugees become lawful permanent residents and citizens. The true lifetime cost of admitting a single refugee must include an accounting of all benefits received by that refugee - at the federal, state, and local levels, and over the course of that‎ refugee's lifespan. Any other calculation is akin to saying that the total cost of owning a new car is encapsulated in the down payment.

‎Undoubtedly, the resulting costs of admitting the refugees under Clinton’s plan will be enormous. Robert Rector at the Heritage Foundation has estimated that the total lifetime cost of admitting 10,000 refugees is $6.5 billion. This estimate encompasses costs to taxpayers at the federal, state, and local levels. ‎Using Mr. Rector’s numbers as a baseline, admitting 155,000 refugees in one year would result in a total lifetime cost to the taxpayers of $100,750,000,000. If those levels were sustained over the course of four years – a hypothetical first term in office – the lifetime cost to the taxpayers according to Mr. Rector’s analysis would be $403 billion.

Importantly, Mr. Rector’s numbers reflect an estimate of the net taxpayer cost for admitting a defined number of refugees to the United States. As such, they do not account for aliens granted asylee status in the United States (approximately 25,000 are granted asylee status every year), nor do they account for the fact that refugees will be able to – and do – bring in additional family members after being admitted to the United States. Indeed, if an individual refugee’s spouse or unmarried children were not admitted at the same time as the refugee, they are eligible to “follow-to-join” and be admitted to the United States for two years after the individual refugee’s admission. One year after being admitted to the United States, refugees are eligible to adjust to Lawful Permanent Resident status (i.e. obtain a “green card”), enabling them to petition for additional family members. And assuming that a refugee becomes a Lawful Permanent Resident, he or she is further eligible to naturalize five years after being admitted to the United States, enabling them to bring in additional relatives. Thus, the total cost of admitting a certain number of refugees in any given year could be even higher than Mr. Rector predicts.

[h=6]- JUNE 27, 2016 -[/h][h=1]SELLOUT WARREN[/h]
Sellout Warren
As Clinton tries to salvage support among the Bernie Sanders wing of the Democrat Party, Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) has become a turncoat for the causes she supposedly supports. While Warren claims that Wall Street businesses have too much influence in D.C., by paying “barely disguised bribes,” through campaign contributions. The Clinton campaign has accepted over $41 million this cycle from Wall Street interests. Warren is also campaigning for the author of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a deal she has routinely slammed. This is a trade deal that Clinton has expressed support for in over 45 public speeches. Warren’s campaigning for Clinton stands in stark contrast to the liberal ideals she once practiced. This sad attempt at pandering to the Sanders wing is another example of a typical political calculation by D.C. insiders. Mr. Trump has been against TPP from the start of his campaign because he understands how detrimental it would be to American workers. He will continue to fight for the American people and serve them over the special interests in Washington, D.C.
$$$ To Clinton From Wall Street Goes Against Warren’s Causes

Warren Warned Of “Bribes” From Wall Street

Warren Claimed “Powerful Wall Street Businesses Pay Barely Disguised Bribes” To Obtain Laws That Will Benefit Them And Protect Corporate Interests."Corporate executives and government officials spin through a revolving door, making sure that the interests of powerful corporations are carefully protected. Powerful Wall Street businesses pay barely disguised bribes, offering millions of dollars to trusted employees to go to Washington for a few years to make policies that will benefit exactly those same Wall Street businesses. And corporations and trade groups fund study after study that just so happen to support the special rule or exception the industry is looking for." (Elizabeth Warren,Floor Speech On The Influence Of Money In Politics, Washington, DC, 1/21/16)

Clinton’s Millions From Wall Street

According To The Center For Responsive Politics, Hillary For America Has Accepted Over $41,312,440 From Employees Of Financial Services Industry.(Center For Responsive Politics, Accessed 6/27/16)

The Clintons Have Given 164 Speeches To The Financial Sector, Earning At Least $35 Million Since 2001."Her efforts capped a nearly 15-year period in which Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, made at least $35 million by giving 164 speeches to financial services, real estate and insurance companies after leaving the White House in 2001, according to an Associated Press analysis of public disclosure forms and records released by her campaign." (Lisa Lerer and Ken Thomas, "Since '01, Clintons Collected $35M From Financial Businesses,The Associated Press,11/24/15)

“Hillary Clinton Is Steadfastly Refusing To Release The Transcripts Of The Paid Speeches She Gave To Wall Street Banks.”“Hillary Clinton is steadfastly refusing to release the transcripts of the paid speeches she gave to Wall Street banks. At the Democratic debate in Brooklyn on Thursday night, the presidential hopeful was booed by audience members for standing by her offer to release the transcripts only if all the candidates running for president did the same. 'There are certain expectations when you run for president - this is a new one and I've said if everyone agrees to do it because there are speeches for money on the other side, I know that,' Clinton said before getting drowned out by boos from the audience.” (Jonathan Eastley, "Clinton Refuses To Budge On Releasing Speech Transcripts,"The Hill,4/14/16)

Warren Has Previously Stated That Wall Street Contributions Impacted Clinton’s Votes

Warren Claimed That Clinton Was Influenced By Campaign Contributions When She Voted In Favor Of Bankruptcy Bill She Was Against Just A Few Years Earlier.WARREN: "One of the first bills that came up after she was 'Senator Clinton' was the bankruptcy bill. This is a bill that's like a vampire. It will not die; there's a lot of money behind it. Her husband had vetoed it very much at her encouragement. She voted in favor of it. As Senator Clinton, the pressures are very different. It's a well financed industry. A lot of people don't realize that the industry that gave the most money to Washington over the past few years was not the oil industry, was not pharmaceuticals, it was consumer credit products. Those are the people, the credit card companies that have been giving money, and they have influence. She has taken money from the groups, and more to the point, she worries about them as a constituency."('NOW' Interview With Elizabeth Warren, 2004)

Warren Noted In Her 2003 Book, That Clinton’s $140,000 In Campaign Contributions From Banking Industry Executives Led To The Change In Vote."The news release recounted how Sen. Warren (D-Mass.), in a 2003 book, blamed campaign contributions from banking interests for why Clinton flipped from being opposed to an overhaul of bankruptcy laws as first lady - calling it 'awful'- to voting to advance the bill as a freshman senator. Warren noted that Clinton had received $140,000 in campaign contributions from banking industry executives as she sought a Senate seat." (Glenn Kessler, "Elizabeth Warren's Critique Of Hillary Clinton's 2001 Bankruptcy Vote,"The Washington Post, 2/9/16)

Warren Has Raged Against The Trans-Pacific Partnership As Unfair To Americans
Warren Said The TPP “Would Tilt The Playing Field” Away From Working Families

Warren, On TPP: It "Would Tilt The Playing Field Even More In Favor Of A Big Multinational Corporations And Against Working Families.""Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) is pushing her Senate colleagues to reject a Pacific Rim trade deal that's considered a key pillar of President Obama's second term. 'I hope Congress will use its constitutional authority to stop this deal before it makes things even worse and even more dangerous for America's hardest-working families,' Warren said Tuesday. She added that the agreement 'would tilt the playing field even more in favor of big multinational corporations and against working families.'"(Jordain Carney, "Warren: Congress Should Reject Obama Trade Deal,"The Hill, 2/2/16)

Clinton Took The “Leading” Role In Drafting TPP, And Has Expressed Support Publicly 45 Times

As Secretary Of State, Clinton Took “A Leading Part In Drafting The Trans-Pacific Partnership.” “She's pressed the case for U.S. business in Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other countries in China's shadow. She's also taken a leading part in drafting the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a frfree-tradeact that would give U.S. companies a leg up on their Chinese competitors."(Elizabeth Dwoskin and Indira Laksmanan, "How Hillary Clinton Created A U.S. Business-Promotion Machine," Bloomberg,1/10/13)

As Secretary, Clinton Had "Expressed Support" For The Trans-Pacific Partnership In "At Least 45 Public Speeches." "The TPP negotiations are a part of the Obama administration's so-called pivot to Asia. Early in his presidency, Obama outlined a plan to put more energy and focus into the Asian Pacific, especially in terms of economic development. While serving as Obama's secretary of state, Clinton expressed support for the Trans-Pacific Partnership in at least 45 public speeches, according to a roundup of quotes by CNN."
