Someone posted this before. It was funny the first time. I think everyone found it amusing because it has some good unintentional humor in it. You can tell the author is trying to be serious even though what he writes is dumb as hell.

Yeah, roadreeler posted it. The difference was that the years were 1958 and 2008.
