Really held back chiming in here but you lost because of how well Denver played. I was also on Carolina. Denver defense showed up huge. That's one of the best defenses I've ever seen. The real problem wasn't Cam and it wasn't Brady, it was the skill of the Denver defense. It's not easy to run over either of these QB's. There was no fix. You just bought into the hype as did I. It happens to anyone who bets sports long enough so it's not a big deal to just say you lost and tip your hat to anyone who capped Denver. I can count the people in here on one hand who cap at 60%. That means you basically just have to lose a ton of games along the way and there's nothing you can do about it except learn from your mistakes. You lost, I lost, and everyone else on Carolina just got out-capped. Deal with it and move on to 2016.

Harry has made some good points in his posts regardless of whether or not it's plagiarized. He's made some pretty good picks from what I've seen the majority of the time. Give him a break.

I even had a picture of myself as an avatar.I used to post amounts here and on a few other sites and kept getting bashed from people who never posted plays, like r.a.
I changed my name to woody paige a few years ago, because when I met him years ago playing football myself, loved him as a reporter. Most of the regulars all knew me, because I told them who I wass. I also talked to a few regularly on the phone every day. Guys here would meet in Vegas or Costa Rica to get together. I used to hang in the MLB section with many old timers. We would help each other and have a chart with everything that you could imagine to help us win.
I stopped posting 2 years ago, because I was sick of some of these same bashing guys, like r.a., who if you didn't agree with what they are taking, you got attacked. He only wanted Denver to win because he is from Colorado.The sad thing is they never posted plays, but always chimed in and started trouble. Some got run off by moderators, and some come back under different names.
They ran many very good cappers away from the RX. I come here as a courtesy to try and give another perspective, which I feel helps.
It's never wrong to get different views on a game. I enjoy reading many guys here that I feel have something to contribute. I usually don't bother with the
ones that just post plays without any reasoning.
3dog, I had to add the fix in there just to jag off r.a., because he's from Colorado. If Denver would have lost, He wouldn't have shown his face and said he was wrong and would have never congratulated Carolina backers

The defense did play well for Denver, but Cam overthrew and threw the ball too hard most of the time, which caused many drop balls. He was too pumped and tried to do too much.
When he fumbled the ball inside the 10 yd line, he didn't even try to dive on it. He will learn from all this and be a better QB in the future.
I am very happy for Peyton gets to end with a Super Bowl, but hope he retires before he gets badly hurt.

I may or may not post a play again, but I will be here talking with the ones I know in their treads.

Keep posting Woody. I have been here since 2008 and have seen many great cappers get run off because of bullshit. Its sad really.

Was wondering where you've been as it's been several days since the game was played ... sure we would have heard from you much sooner if Carolina had won. I was just simply asking a question as your postings had suggested that there was no way for Denver to possibly win this game. I've read your posts in the past and have never made a comment to you before this game. Been around a lot of great handicappers in the past and maybe it was nothing more than me being irritated by your presentation. Guess, I'm just old school as I like facts, statistics and experience without the sophomoric hyperbole. I've read some of the member comments here and many seem to think you're a bit of a phony. They've tried to meet or correspond with you and you never seem to be availble. I see where you've threatened to take your ball and go home and not post next season at therx. All I can say is that there are a lot of great handicappers here at therx and whether you are here next season or not won't make a rat's ass worth of difference.

Harry, I cap my own games but always look for certain RX poster's plays and you are high on that list. There have been times when I have upped my bet when you were on the same side and backed down when we were opposite. Either way, I always have appreciated your posts and the time and energy you put into them. Where you are posting from and with whom you associate with mean very little to me, it is the quality of the information that counts.

Hopefully you will be back next season but ultimately that is your decision and I am sure you will make the right call. Information is critical and you provide plenty of good, solid data that helps me make a decision. At the end of the day it is my responsibility to pull the trigger on a certain team.
