Have you ever done a trip like that where you met up with a group that u have been chatting online with? I have a couple of times, once in Vegas and once in Myrtle Beach. Both were golfing trips and about 20 guys showed up. Even took the wife on the trip to Myrtle Beach. It's amazing how different a person can be in person than what you think of them online...

I think it would be a blast. I've never done a trip that big with people from online. The closest I've come to that was a group of my friends meeting up with some other guys that we talked to on a Facebook football fan group, lol. But I'd be down anytime. It's just always hard to find the person who organizes the whole thing.

We had a group that did it for quite a few years every year but I only went the 2 times. We all played a golf fantasy game at CDM sports and got to know each other there on the chat forum. Most of them still stay in touch with each other and I still stay in contact with a few still. I'd be willing to go too if we ever gotten enough interested.
