The thing that sucks is, you can tell by the info on that yahoo profile its not even remotely close to being me, but what if that wasnt the case? What if it were tough to prove it wasnt me? Across the street I had already been judged and here I was on the way........

Long time reader here, first time poster. But I have to post because the thread is about me and it's my pic that's in this thread. The email address that was posted on the thread over at STARTCASINO is mine, and the pic that you posted over at therx is of ME. However, I did not make the post over at STARTCASINO nor anywhere else that it may creep up. It was after seeing the post at therx that i first learned of any of this, and the STARTCASINO post which contained my email address at yahoo that I haven't used for some time. So, after seeing the post over at rx, i go and log into my yahoo account, and it is FILLED with people asking about lists for sale, and REPLIES to some of these emails that I NEVER WROTE. I haven't even used that account in a couple of months.
Obviously, I am very upset about this so I have been doing some digging all day, trying to figure out who has gained access to my yahoo account and who would want to ruin my name. And I have only one answer, and that is a guy who goes by the name of JESSE and who frequents a certain bar in sabana sur called Mac's - (you know who you are). This is a guy who is in the BUSINESS of selling lists, and with whom I had a disagreement not too long because he was attempting to SELL ME a list and I turned him down. However, before hand I had given him my email address at yahoo - an account i rarely use and only give out when i sign up for websites, etc. (junk mail). He was quite upset that I wasnt interested in a list, because he said he 'really needed some cash', etc. and called me an *******, etc. - but i figured the guy was just drunk. However, I now think this guy is on a smear campaign against me (as he knows it would have the potential to hurt me as I am in marketing) and is the person behind the post at STARTCASINO (and anywhere else you may find a similar post) as well as the hacking of my yahoo email account. I found out this afternoon that JESSE'S real name is RICHARD (NOT the richard who owns the bar)
'Cmon people. If I am in this business, in Costa Rica, do you really believe that I would make a post trying to sell any sort of lists from an email account that HAS MY PICTURE AND REAL NAME POSTED ON IT? You'd have to be less than stupid to do such a thing, even if you were interested in selling lists or having anything to do with the slimeballs who do. I have been in CR more than 2 years and I make very good money here, definantely don't need a few hundred bucks to 'pay the bills'.
I have since canceled that email address and wrote replies to anyone who wrote in about lists informing them of the situation. I would appreciate it if the poster or an admin would REMOVE MY PICTURE from his post. I give my word that I had NOTHING to do with this sh*t, and anyone who recognizes my picture here will attest to the fact (and please do).
My appologizes to the poster named 'Slim' - I have gone by that name myself for some time and it is unfortunante that this SOB has caused any question of either of our names.
