BEER DOGS:


1-2 Cans of the beer of your choice, I found that Bud works best.

1 bag of sour kraut

10-15 good hot dogs.


Place dogs in a large baking dish and cover with kraut, pour in beer just enough to come half way up the baking dish. Drink remainder of beer. Cook dogs for about 30-45 minutes at 350.

From Chicago as well....Can't beat a Vienna Beef Dog w/ mustard, onions peppers and Seasoning Salt...

Will be back in june...Those are at the top of my list, followed by a culvers cheeseburger, Portillos beef, chicago deep dish, gyros and some white castle...and of course some good italian food down on taylor street... @)

This is why I only eat kosher hot dogs like Hebrew National, but the really cheap and nasty hot dogs are excellent catfish bait.
