No I am not protecting anyone, we are very capable of taking care of our own disputes. If there is a disputes here we will take care of it. The Rx. does not need you directing disputes to other sites, especially after one of our moderators has asked the poster to email him the details of that dispute so he could be of help. You do nothing but undermine this site when you shill for other sites. I will say again -- desist with your shilling now.

I think 'shilling' may have been the wrong word, I agree with you there.

HOWEVER,

we are in the business of helping out with disputes here, right here....

ALSO...

heritage is an advertiser, we are more than capable of handling any kind of dispute without the help of 3 or 4 other websites.... This is what we do, we are in the dispute resolution business in a sense. Posters are our customers.... we do not want you (or anyone) to send our customers to other sites that are in the same business that we are in.... wether it is EOG, MW or anyone.

I do beleive that your intentions are for the "Player" but there is a business side to this aswell.

perhaps we have a working relationship with those sites, a friendly relationship....

the same cannot be said for EOG....

Clip Joint, he posted after TTinCo posted asking Danny W to email him the details of the disputes so he could help him, where Assassin had posted before anyone made any suggestions, maybe thinking no one was going to help - who knows. To make the comments Chuck Sims about another site helping out AFTER one of our mods posted just shows up our moderators and The Rx in general as if we could not handle the problem. He has done it several times recently.

that kind of 'Combined' work would only take place should we not be able to resolve the dispute ourselves....

Look at it from everyone else's point of view. You have a total of 3 posts. You are not giving any details of how Heritage screwed you. You are not letting the moderator's help you out. I have been with Heritage for 3 years, I have mad 3 withdrawls from them in the past 30 days. They have not charged me for any of the withdrawls. There has never been a coplaint about them stiffing anyone else before. Why would ANYONE believe you? I think Heritage is an excellent book.

I have received an overview of Danny's side of the story from him. We will be getting in contact with each other on Sunday when he is back in the US. I have also spoken with a representative from Heritage, who is quite certain that they have overwhelming evidence supporting their decision.

Both parties happen to be traveling right now, so you probably will not hear anything further until after Sunday.
