But I will say one big difference between this and Olympic that the Olympic charge was specific in nature, with an incident Oly could have responded to and nipped in the bud. It was their choice to go into a 27 hour high drama...

I spoke with the owner of HERITAGE.
He assured me not to worry and pointed out that nobody has been slow payed or no payed...
This book is also on Don Best screen, so I spoke with Rick from DB about them, too...
He also has heard nothing to indicate any problems with Heritage...
Like always, time will tell...

I really wish these rumors about Heritage would go away so I could feel safe posting with them again. I have some futures bets that are still pending but I am too nervous to put new money with them. I have played with for over a year now and they have been my favorite out. Their customer service is the best I believe, and I have always been paid very quickly. But rumors about this book just continue to persist, makes me worry.
i forgot to mention this before...i have played there for four years and this year i did quite a bit of middling using heritage against a few other books. the result was a lot of action and a year-to-date net loss on the heritage side. i had a zero balance from about mid-december on.
on christmas eve, i pulled up the site just to compare the lines to pinnacle and canbet. after i signed in, i saw a message that i was to call customer service for a "gift". i did. they gave me a Bonus Play for $100 and did not require a deposit or anything. would they do that if they were about to go under?
i don't claim to know anything about heritage's solvency but, it seems to me like they are doing things that a solid book who wants to keep loyal players would do. the lines they have also seems to indicate that they cater to squares which we all know is a good thing for the long-run financial health.
